URGA. Co-partners, with place of business at 1S00 Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter collectively call ed "Owner", Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, The Company is engaged in the business of dis­tributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Hlark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Owner is engaged in the development of Tracts No. 1 and 2 of Park Manor, Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, and has made application for water service to serve said property and has contracted for the installation of water mains; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said property with water: A G R E E M E N T ARTICLE 1.
