The Sands agrees to provide 300 rooms, gratis?╜. for Saturday night, June 29th. These rooms will be of the same type and price inasmuch as possible. 2. The Sands agrees to provide 600 airplane fares, round-trip, in the most economical class. 3* The Sands will provide a fine dinner for 600, gratis, in the Grand Ballroom on Saturday evening, June 29th. 4. It is understood that the Sportsmen's World Award event to be presented the night of June 29th will be telecast in color by KTTV from 9:30 P.M. to 10:30 P.M. and will be video ~ taped and syndicated through Metro-Media. 5. The Sportsmen's Club is responsible for the production, cost and arrangements for the actual show on stage and the televising thereof. 6. The above points are the firm basis of our agree- ment.
