Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Sirs This letter will serve notice that we feel entitled to a rate reduction for water service to our Young & Smith Ready-Mix Concrete Plant , 300 Itygming Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada. The per concrete yard rate is disproportionate with prevailing adjoining users, who on unmetered service have unlimited consumption at a much lower monthly rate. Kindly answer in writing your decision on either reclassifying our industrial rate or readjustment to a more equitable charge at your earliest convenience.
