I agree.Donn Arden Biography -4- His stupdendous achievements have won him many honors, including the Grand Prix in France and the Golden Runway and Silver Masque awards in Italy <* all for his contributions to stage techniques. Arden's prodigious talents have even invaded the field of Cinerama; several of the night club sequences in "Cinerama Holiday" were staged by him. Although he sometimes describes himself as a "whipping master," the term seems a bit harsh. Closer to the truth would be that Donn Arden is an uncompromising perfectionist, a vibrant creator enormously admired by the people who work for him because they immediately sense his innate sincerity. With such finesse, flair and fluency of expression already something of a living legend, it is small wonder that Donn Arden has become known as the King Midas of the Cabarets, the Emperor of the stage extravaganza of our era.
