The District has determined that it will not consent to the assign­ment to the District and the addition to the purchase price payable toy the District under said Agreement of June 1 , 1953# of any unpaid amounts due the Water Company on the sale date from customers for service furnished under said Rate Ho. 21, However the District is willing to accept an assignment of any such unpaid amounts upon the sale date for collection purposes only.
