I agree.Arrangements Committee 2 - Admission to the World Congress sessions in the Auditorium will be by identification badge. The following badges will be worn by various persons during the World Congress, depending upon their connection with the World Congress. DELEGATE................ ( (White Card--Green Band) Except for a limited number of seats in the front of the Auditorium for speakers, honored guests and newsmen, seating at all meetings and the NATO Banquet will be unreserved and will be on a first-come-first-served basis after the doors are open. Those seats and tables that are reserved will be clearly identified and are to be protected by the ARRANGEMENTS COMMITTEE for those persons entitled to use them. The Managing Director will prepare a schedule showing the number of ushers to be on duty, and the location and times for these duties. ROOM 8 in the Convention Center has been set aside for use by the Chairman of each World Congress Committee as his point of contact for his committee members.
