They were very impressed x<rith 3/our city and had a x^onderful time. This was the fourth such trip and they are planning on the same trip next year. These trips has inspired the theme of this years annual show we are putting on in January. The money we make from the show goes to charitable organizations such as the Michigan Elks Handicapped Childrens Fund and the Elks National Foundation. Since Las Vegas is our theme and the hotels are, infact, Las Vegas we would appreciate any merchandise we might use for our promotion. We can use posters, souvenirs, or anything pertaining to your hotel. Any decorations or small gifts for the guest will be grately appreciated. We have approximately 400 people attend our shows?╟≤ I will be looking forward to hearing from you and will appreciate anything you might be able to do for our organization. Thank you for your time.
