To clarify the boundaries of this area, we are enclosing herewith plats of Fairview Tract, 14th Street City Addition and the Re-plat of Grandview Addition upon which there is outlined in red the boundaries of the housing project and in blue the water pipe lines of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company. As recited in our supplemental letter of May 11, 1953, the final orders of condemnation contained a recital to the effect that the condemnation was subject to existing easements for the purpose of constructing and maintaining water pipe lines and mains. However, we believe the following water pipe lines do not fall under this classification due to there being no record of a grant of easement nor a proper dedication to the City of Las Vegas for street or alley covering the property on which said pipe lines exist; and, therefore, were not included within '‘existing easements at the date of said orders;
