This restric­tion 1® sought to b® overcome by an enactment of th© recent Legislature which will peliilt the issuance of general obllga-tlon bonds of the district, subject to approval by the real property owning elector® residing In the District, and Which further provide® that the tax monies required to cover the annual payment of principal and interest of the District bond® shall be allocated for that purpose regardless of the Ing difficulty o f ope rati in the statutory tax rate Util limit of 5$ mill®, any allocation to the District will neces­sarily curtail the use of tax money by the County, the City of Las Vegas and the School districts, for essential expendi­tures. j§ requirement® of any other on of the County, Inasmuch as the County and the oev end©® thereof have Increas- Ch&rles Adam®
