In. the 21 event that- the said district court determines the matter 3 22 affirmatively, the’said court shall by its order duly centered, 2 3 direct the state engineer to distribute-such waters in accord- 2 ^ ance with the decree, and from and after the filing o f such 2 5 order in the district court the distribution of water shall be 1 under the supervision and control of the district court, as 2 set forth in section 36\i of* the above-entitled act, and the 3 owners of all such decreed rights shall be subject to all of 4 the provisions of the above-entitled act relating thereto, 5 including the assessment of cost for the administration of 6 .. .such rights. 7 .
