I agree.oppy SOUTHERN NEVADA POWER 00* Las Vegas, Nevada June 26, 19b8 Las Vegas Land A Water Go. bOl South Second Las Vegas, Nevada Att*n: Nr. A. M. Folger, Mgr. Gentlemen: To serve the new power load of the Las Vegas Air Force Base, it is necessary for us to construct a new substation approximately one mile due north of Radio Station KRAM, The primary voltage to this substation will be 3^,500 volts. Enclosed in triplicate is sketch showing in red the proposed alignment of our 3^*500 volt line crossing property of the Las Vegas Land & Water Company. We are asking for a 30 foot easement on the east side of the 1/16 line and will build our line 21 feet east of the 1/16 line on the basis that ultimately a 60 foot street will be built along the X/l6 line. We propose to underbuild with a 12 kv, distribution line which will enable us to serve future power customers which might looate on your property. If the requested easement location Is satisfactory to you, would appreciate If your office would prepare the necessary easements. Very truly yours, SOUTHERN NEVADA POWER COMPANY By /s/ L« K.
