Their romance began at a Manhattan cocktail party early this year when they first met. A1 Kevelson, chairman of the board of the Central State Bank of Brooklyn, was best man. Mr. Farley is president of the bank. The brief ceremony was performed by Justice of the Peace Joseph S .Pavilikowski. The brideN wore a white lace dress and carried white orchids. She is the daughter of Ernest L'oew of Erie, Pa., a plastics' manufacturer. ; Both have been married before. Farley?╟╓s first wife was Patricia Louise Dillon, an at- tractive 1947 debutante. They were divorced in Jttnrev Mex- ico, on July 19.
