Dear Mr. Freeman: Thanks very much for your letter of May 1st regarding our Club party and proposed trip to the SOTDS in Las Vegas. The party is on for Friday* June 7th* The winners of our trip likely will not come to Vegas until early fall. I wish that you would send me souvenirs aroany other material that would benefit me in the promotion of this party. We usually place a large booth in the lobby of our club with advertising material and etc# We want our couple to have the finest accommodations at the Sands. Room rates of $16 to |20 are perfectly OK. I appreciate the generous offer of the management for an evening dinner & show with their compliments. I am sure that we can arrange a side trip to Lake Mead, Boulder and etc as you suggested. I am sure that our party will be successful and attended by at least 500 members. I will contact you as we go along and I am sure that this will be one of the finest trip that we have ever offered as a prize at our club.
