[“Savage”?] Ledge Notice Is hereby [not legible] that we the undersigned have this day [not legible] and Located, [not legible] [not legible] [not legible] feet-undivided [not legible] the course of the “Savage”. [not legible] Lodge, or [not legible] deposit-as authorized by the several sections of the mining acts of [not legible], approved May 18 1872. The [not legible], [Code?] or Deposit-extending in Easterly and Westerly directions, as near as can be determined from present-developments. The claim hereby located running in on Easterly direction, the distance of [Seven?] Hundred and Fifty feet (750) and westerly the distance of Seven Hundred and Fifty Feet (750) [from?] the Discovery shaft in [said?] [not legible] vein of deposit from the mouth of much said shaft-[not legible] South of the Techatticup works at a distance of above three hundred feet, and El-Dorado mask bears South at a distance of about two thousand feet, the surface from [clammed?] in [connection] with said “Savage” vein, [not legible] or Minimal deposit-being two Hundred feet-in Width, the [not legible] [Extending?] One Hundred feet-on each side of the middle of the Vein at the surface, as allowed by the Mining regulations and customs of the El-Dorado Mining District in [not legible] said claims is [not legible].
