I agree.% Point out that 20 minutes in the early morning and the late evening is plenty of watering for any lawn. If you think you*ve done any good when you*ve gotten through with all this pointing out business then tell him about the fellow from out of town who learned the importance of water. The last thing this fellow told us was that he probably would never have learned how vital water was to every day life and to every day comforts if he h a d n ’t had to go without it. Yes, he said, he learned the hard way. That, of course, is sometimes the only way a lot of us ever learn anything.
