APPLICATION FOR HOUSING ACCOMMODATIONS NATIONAL COUNCIL OF CATHOLIC WOMEN CONVENTION LAS VEGAS, NEVADA OCTOBER 31 -NOVEMBER 4, 1960 Important: The NCCW Housing Bureau, Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas, Nevada, will make hotel assignments upon re- ceipt of this official housing application, provided that the application is properly filled out and all necessary informa- tion is given. In order that a fair distribution of accommodations can be made to the greatest number of members, all rooms will be assigned on a strictly "first come, first served" basis. Instructions: A) Single rooms are limited in number. Please arrange to occupy twin bedrooms if possible. B) Be sure to indicate your arrival time in Las Vegas. Reservations will be held only until 6:00 P.M. of the day you indicate you will arrive. Failure to notify the hotel of any last minute change in your arrival time may result in the cancellation of your reservation. C) Write the NCCW Housing Bureau, Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas, Nevada, if you wish to cancel the reser- vation or make any change in your reservation and NOT the hotel to which you were assigned. This will, enable them to reassign the rooms that have been cancelled. D) If the hotels of your choice are unable to accept your reservation, the NCCW Housing Bureau will make a reserva- tion as close as possible (rate and location) to your original choice.
