    Constitution Mine Notice we the undersigned do hereby locate and claim fifteen hundred feet for mining purposes on this lead lode or ledge or deposit of Silver bearing rock and ore to be known and described as the Constitution Mine. Commencing at the monument upon which this notice is placed and running in a westerly direction 750 feet and also in a easterly direction from said monument 750 feet on and along said lead lode or ledge or deposit of silver bearing rock and ore and including three hundred feet on each side thereof for mining and working purposes. We claim and intend to hold and work said claim and mining ground in accordance with the mining laws of the United States approved May 10th 1872 and in accordance with the mining laws of El Dorado Canyon Mining District Lincoln County, State of Nevada. Said mine is situated about 5 miles southwest of the Techatticup Mine and joining the Clarra Mine on the west end near the south boundary line at the El Dorado Mining District.
