Hulsizer- Omaha - 3703,1) This Is la further reference to your telegrams B-35 and B-38 and my telegram C-00 and supplements my letters of October 9 and October 11, 1950 about the water exhibits of Las Vegas Land and water Company, Mr. Lynch has now advised that the estimated costs aggregating #4,967,34, which were furnished in his mailgram A-170 of February 24, 1950 to Mr. Hulsizer, do not include any of the elements of expense provided for in sub-paragraphs (b) to (g) of Section 4 of the proposed new agreement. As you are aware, no part of the amount of #4,967*34 was actually billed to the LVI&W Co., but if that amount was billed under Section 4 of the proposed new agreement that amount would be increased by #523.20 determined as follows: 1. General Water Service Foreman: 20% of #3,912*00 (which is a portion of the amount of #5,100*00) 2* Less portion assignable to LA&SLRR Co* 2.6807% 3* Remainder assignable to LVL&W Co*,97*3193% 4* 10% Supervision on item 3 5* 3% Vacation allowance on total of #4,967.34 6* Railroad Retirement and Unemployment Tax (6% on total of #4,967*34 in line with GMA Rules) 7. Total (Sum of items 4, 5, and 6} $ 782.40 20.97 f i r a # 76.14 149.02 298.04 # 523.26 The amount reported in item 4 is assignable to sub­paragraph (b) of proposed new agreement, and the amounts reported in items 5 and 6 are assignable to sub-paragraph (c)* There is nothing to report for sub-paragraphs (d), (f) and (g), and the amount that is assignable to sub-paragraph U) is included in item 4* This completes the development of data requested in your telegram B-35.
