WELCOME TO LAS VEGAS! Your Committee is most anxious that your visit to Las Vegas be one that you will long remember. Listed here are a few suggestions that should be helpful during your stay. To assist you in every manner possible, when no official functions are scheduled, a Hospitality Desk has been set up in the lobby of each Hotel. These desks are for your exclusive use and they will serve as Information Centers, will make late show reservations, arrange for tours, transportation, etc. WEAR YOUR BADGES l May we ask that you wear your identity badges. As you can appreciate this will identify you as a member of our Group. It will identify you in all Show Rooms, for transportation and for admittance to the various official functions. They will also eliminate the necessity of having you wait in reservations lines for seating in the Show Rooms. When visiting show rooms, please go to the center lines, show your badge. (DO NOT STAND IN THE REGULAR LINE). Upon your arrival in Las Vegas there will be busses in front of the Airport, clearly marked with the name of the hotel where you will be stopping. Please go to the bus marked with the name of your hotel. These will take you directly to the hotel and you need not wait for your baggage. Your baggage will be picked up at the Las Vegas airport and delivered by special truck to your room. SHOW TIMES! 8:00 P.M. and 12 Midnight. May we ask for your cooperation in arriving at the Show Rooms at least one hour prior to the dinner show and at least 30 minutes prior to the second show. There is no service during the dinner show in the majority of these rooms, therefore if you arrive on time you will be served your dinner and be finished with it by the time the show starts and will have a much more enjoyable evening.
