Mowbray 311 South 3rd Street Las Vegas, Nevada, Dear John, "Angelbread** is moving along pretty rapidly now, at last, but I would like to put the following idea down in black and white for your consideration, In setting up the legal structure of the Angelbread Foundation, 1 believe it is best if we do have to deposit any of the checks turned over to the Angelbread Foundation by the bakers involved In this project. 1 believe it is best to set it up so that we aerely have to endorse these checks over, with one or two signatures, directly to the Hose de Lina Hospital and thus avoid all the rigmarole of deposits and then checkwriting for the sane amounts of money. Also setting it up this way would help us follow thru on my original plan to make sure that no adainistrat1ve or promotional expenses can be deducted from any Income derived fwsmxShsx for the benefit of the hospital. Thus, having no cheeks to deposit and no checks to write, we avoid any chance of criticism or any chance of Anterrogation as to the proper chanelling of the money to help this hospital, 1 realise this may be a bit unusual la legal procedure, but I would appreciate your consideration of it in setting up this whole unusual plan anyway. The wrapper is Just about printed and the bread is ready for public sale about June 25 in both Market Town markets. 1 am king lining up St. Louis and Philadelphia and hope we can have a steady flow of checks coning into the Sisters real soon.
