Sheets 2, 20 to 2k incl., 33, D-2, D-3, D-U, D~7, and D-8 have been revised in order to avoid certain other utilities and to comply with the terms of the Agreement between the Railroad and the District. Also, Addenda Nos. 1, 2, and 3 were issued under Specification No. 101 (Pipe Materials) and Addenda Nos. 1, 2, and 3 under Specification No. 2 (Construction). Two sets of the above revised drawings and addenda are trans­mitted herewith for your file.
