IAS VEGAS USD AMD WATER CqgAHg RESOLUTION On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the «ctlon o£ Vice President Hammill in executing agreement bearing C.L.D. Ho* 15772, dated June 13, 1967, lease to Angel 0. Guaderraraa and Daniel Gallegos for term April 19, 1967 to and Including April 13, 1966 of dwelling and premises as shown on Exhibit *A” attached to agreement in vicinity of Mile Post 17*9 of Long Beach Cut-Off, Los Angeles County, California, at rental of $5*00 per annum, terminable on thirty days notice by either party, Victory Oil Company being Lessee of certain premises, Including the area covered by said C.L*D. No, 15772, for purpose of prospecting, drilling for, and removing oil, gas and other hydrocarbons, in executing agreement consents to this lease, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed* Adopted
