September 26, 1977 Mr. Larry Maldonado 8642 Melrose Avenue Los Angeles, CA 90069 Dear Mr. Maldonado: This will confirm our understanding that subject to the following terms and conditions we will retain you as a choreographer for the production revue to be staged at the MGM Grand Hotel in Reno, Nevada (the "Revue"): 1. You agree to: (i) act as a choreographer and supervise such choreography for and in connection with the Revue as may be required and directed by the producer of the Revue, Donn Arden (the "Producer"); and (ii) perform your services and comply with your other obligations hereunder promptly, faithfully, conscientiously and to the full limit of your talents and capabilities, as required by the Producer during the term of this Agreement and at such other times as provided herein, and in accordance with the Producer's instructions and directions in all matters including those involving artistic taste and judgment. It is. understood that we may also employ an assistant choreographer and that you may be required to supervise and work with such assistant as directed by the Producer. 2. You shall provide your services hereunder commencing January 23, 1978, and thereafter from week to week until the opening of the Revue. It is presently estimated that the Revue will open on or about May 1, 1978. 3. For each week that you render services hereunder, your full compensation shall be Eight Hundred Dollars ($800.00), payable on the regularly scheduled payday for the Revue, for services rendered during the prior week. 4. T-Je shall provide, at our expense, hotel accommodations for you during any stay in Reno authorized by us. We shall also pay or promptly reimburse you for your round-trip coach air fare from Los Angeles, California, to Reno, Nevada. 5. You shall receive credit in the program for the Revue. It is understood and agreed that other choreographers of the Revue shall receive equal billing in the program with you, with the order of billing determined alphabetically in substantially the following'form: CHOREOGRAPHY BY ,.
