Bennett Will you please prepare usual form of construction agreement with Longley Construction Company, k 2 \ West Bonanza Road, Las Vegas, Nevada, to cover the furnishing of all labor, tools and equipment and to construct approximately 161^ LF of 6s* cast iron water mains and 26 LF of 6“ fire hydrant connections to serve Moss Tract #2, Parcel No* 1, Las Vegas, Nevada, in location described as follows: Commencing at a connection with the existing 615 cast iron water main in Ogden Avenue at a point located in Ogden Avenue, approximately 16' southerly of the Northerly property line at a point where it connects to a line extending northerly In 23 rd Street and which lies approximately 251 westerly of the easterly line of 23rd Street, thence westerly in Ogden Avenue, a distance of aprroxifsately 4o*, thence extending southerly across Ogden Avenue and through the easterly 6* of Lot 10, Block 1 of Moss Tract #2, Parcel #1, to a point on the center line of Public Utility easement located approximately 10^' southerly of the southerly line of Ogden Avenue, thence extending westerly in Public Utility easement to a point on the prolongation of the center line of said easement, approximately 35' westerly of the easterly line of 21st Street, thence southerly, a distance of approximately 1321 in 21st Street parallel with the center line of 21st Street to a point approximately on the center line of Berkley Avenue extending thence easterly in Berkley Avenue a distance of approximately 63^’ to a connection with an existing 6* water line in Berkley Avenue, the point of ending. Other usual conditions Consideration $2162.
