Present plans of the District call for a 30-inch pipeline to be constructed in 15-ft. easement shown colored green on Exhibit flA” and salvaging the existing 16-inch pipeline. We now desire to prepare a supplement to the agreement dated June 1, 1953» as follows: 1. LA&SLRRCo. and its Lessee UPRRCo. to grant to the District an easement 15 feet in width for pipeline from M to UU shown by solid green line on the Exhibit HAU prints and described as follows: EASEMENT STRIP ONE City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and being portions of Sections 3ht 27 and 28, in T. 20 S., R. 61 E., M.D.B.&M., the centerline of which is described as follows: Street, as said Street now exists 88 feet in width, distant southerly thereon 6.0 feet from the westerly prolongation of the centerline of Ogden Avenue (formerly Ogden Street), as said Ogden Avenue is shown on map of Clark*s Las Vegas T'ownsite, recorded in Look 1, page 37 of Plats, records of said County; thence westerly parallel to the westerly prolong ation of the centerline of said Ogden Avenue to a point in a line parallel to and distant 7*5 feet northerly, measured at right angles, from the south line of said Section 27; thence The District's original plan called for construct- That certain strip of land 15 feet in width in the Beginning at a point on the westerly line of Main
