AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this day of ________________1960, by and between FREEMAN COMPANY, Party of the First Part, and THE ANGELITA BREAD FOUNDATION, INC., a Nevada Corporation, Party of the Second Part, W I T N E S SETH : I. Party of the First Part, in its promotion of funds for an addition to the Rose de Lima Hospital at Henderson, Nevada, and furthering the marketing of Angelita Bread, thereby increasing the contribution to aforesaid hospital, agrees to expand its efforts in marketing Angelita Bread on a national scale. II. Party of the First Part agrees to supervise and direct all operations of Angelita Bread Foundation, Inc. including the direct approval, editing and control of all advertising, publicity and public relation programs of each and every baking company contract for the baking and marketing of Angelita Bread. III. Party of the First Part agrees to comptrol, audit and supervise the collections and contributions of each and every baking company franchised to the Angelita Bread Foundation, Inc. IV. Party of the First Part further agrees to continue to work closely with Regan Bakeries of Minneapolis, Minnesota, who have been baking Angelita Bread since 1958, and to verify the retention of the rare quality of the bread baked at the Rose de Lima Hospital. V. In view of the heavy pressure of workload and expenses incurred by Party of the First Part in performing the hereinbefore set forth supervision and control, Party of the Second Part agrees
