I agree.4. Any bid proposal which is incomplete, conditional, obscure or which contains additions not called for or irregularities of any kind shall be subject to rejection by the Commission. 10. Obligation of Successful Bidder The successful bidder shall enter into an agreement with the Clark County Com- mission and execute a performance bond within ten (10) days after being advised of the award, such agreement and performance bond to be in the forms hereto attached. In the event of default of the successful bidder or of his refusal to enter into a contract with the Commission, the Commission reserves the right to accept the bid proposal and award to any other responsible bidder without the necessity of readvertising. 11. Specifications - Part of Agreement The specifications and each and all thereof shall in all respects be and con- stitute a part of the agreement to be entered into with the successful bidder.
