I agree.Che responsibility of getting the press to the party downtown and back to the Strip for the second show. Jack Carter will be MC of the doings downtown, and will introduce the celebrities as they arrive, Saturday, transportation to and from Twin Lakes Lodge will be provided by Ray Culley, in busses and rental, cars, Advise members of your group to be at the Bell desk in the lobby by 11 a.m. Saturday for pickup. The Twin Lakes activities should break about 3*30 p.m. ' Ray Culley has asked that each publicist advise his guests departing for the East to have their baggage at the bell desk by 10*30 a.m, Sunday, The bell men have special tags for this baggage and will see that it gets on the plane. This is for people from the east only, as West Coist newsmen are leaving on a later flight, and their baggage arrange- ments will be handled by TWA press representatives. It will be the re- sponsibility-of -the publicists to get press ?ç-?ç-t.o the- airport .--by noon Sunday in time for departure at 12*30, Regarding comps, everyone I have spoken to has agreed on this policy* The press staying at each hotel will be comped for rooms, food and bev- erages, and will be allowed to sign tabs at the bar. They will not have this privilege outside of their host hotel, I hope that all of the above meets with your approval.
