The charge of $2.00 per copy, made by the Health Department, has been paid by Forest Lawn and added to your account. You should allow from one week to ten days for delivery of the certified copies. The Health Department will mail them directly to the address you have given us. Should the original Death Certificate be a "Pending" Certificate, issued by the Coroner, a longer period will elapse before you receive the certified copies.
