Folger: I attach tabulation prepared in this office of reports made to the Nevada Public Service Commission, which figures Mr. Johnson advises me have all been approved by you. In light of these figures I would appreciate your advice as to how you arrived at the statement "total water withdrawn from underground channel last year was less than 1946". If you have figures not included in the attached tabulation which support your statement I would appreciate your supplying me with such figures and also the source of the figures. Wm. Reinhardt.
