(ft rR\ \^J p The shows produced by Mr. Entratter, in which he never cast an act or performer not previously auditioned by him personally, have been seen by more than 18,791,000 seated In nightclub rooms in New Tork and Las Vegas. His TV shows have been seen by a gross of 142,000,000 viewers. Lee Shubert called Mr. Entratter the only producer to come along in the last 20 years capable enough to produce the famous "Ziegfeld Follies'* for nightclubs. Late in 1953, Mr. Shubert signed the rights to produce his "Ziegfeld Follies" in Las Vegas over to Mr. Entratter, in one of the last business transactions before the veteran showman's death. Mr. Entratter has produced "Ziegfeld Follies" in 1954, 1955, and 1956 at the Sands in Las Vegas, using his own imagination and showmanship to present an original version of the famous old shows. He starred Frank Sinatra in the first year's production, His relationship with top stars in America today is Mr. Entratter's biggest asset in his ability to sign them away from competitors for his own productions. Martin and Lewis for instance, remember well that it was Jack Entratter who signed them to their first big-time break when he scouted them at the Capitol Theatre in New York In 1947.
