Mr. Albright, this shout sires up the situation as we have worked on it for sir months now - the artists and the printers have worked on it strictly on ay word and I urge you and the County Fair and Recreation Board to back up our Action Panel in its sincere efforts to get the most powerful graphic ammunition that is available ready to help sell the Convention Center as soon as possible. I urge you to help speed up the execution of these plans/ all on record with the Chamber and your Boards by providing the necessary financial arrange* wants to pay suppliers such as artists and printers promptly and with good will. 1 believe this should all go on record as the situation report as of this date on this project. I urge you to also consider the fact that the artists, namely Designs delimited, might bill us for more than the $0100 because of the many, many extra hours of work and ideas needed to make this book as impressive as I think it is. 1 do not yet know how much extra will be involved as we do not yet know how much overtime, how much extra work, how many extra artists are needed to get the finished artwork out quickly * but I assure you that the contrlb* utlng members in this important Convention Center pro* ject will get our full value for any monies expended.
