I agree.1 8 5 Following a brief discussion, a motion was duly made by Director Cornwall, seconded by Director Coulthard, and unanimously approved by the seven Directors present, that the request from Fisher Contracting Company for additional payment under Specification No. 5, Schedule I, be denied. WHITNEY WATER COMPANY A brief general discussion followed relative to the value of the Whitney Water System and the moral obligation of the District to purchase it. The Directors seemed to feel that the District had an obligation to purchase the system, but not for any specified amount unless the appraisal warranted it. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business before the Board, a motion was duly made by Director Coulthard, seconded by Director Cornwall, and unanimously approved, that the meeting be adjourned until 4:00 P. M., Tuesday, February 14, 1956, at 919 West Bonanza Road, Las Vegas, Nevada. The meeting was adjourned at 9:25 P.M. Harry E. Miller, Secretary
