Addendum To Cast Contract dated 4/14/97 C. Mustaches: Mustaches are permitted with the following restrictions: No "handlebar," "Fu Man Chu," "Pencil Thin," or "Waxed" mustaches are permitted. Mustaches must be kept neatly trimmed. 2. Cologne: cologne, if used, should be subtle and used in moderation. 3. Pants: Any pants with belt loops should be worn with a belt. No large or ornamental buckles are permitted (applies to employees with direct public contact.) 4. Jewelry: Earrings may not be worn by male employees while on duty. 5. Dark Glasses: Dark glasses, so that eyes can still be seen, may be worn when prescribed by a Doctor (does not apply to employees required to work in bright sunlight on a continuing basis.) Mirrored glasses are not allowed. 6. T-shirts: T-shirts, when worn as an undershirt, must not be visible. V-neck type T-shirt is suggested. This does not apply to Gardeners, Laborers, Warehouse and Receiving Clerks. 7. Socks: Socks must be worn at all times. 8. Shoes: Shoes should be clean, kept in good repair and worn at all times. Shoes should be appropriate to the work performed, should complement your work attire and are subject to departmental approval. 9. Name Badges: A Tropicana name badge is provided to be worn at hotel events before or following the performance of the show. Non-uniformed Male Employees 1. Suits or combinations of slacks, vests and jackets must be worn with a shirt and necktie. Sports coats and slacks must be of complementary colors and fabrics. 2. Jeans, sweat pants and jogging suits are not permissible. 3. Underwear type T-shirts with gaudy, unprofessional pictures and inscriptions are not permissible. 4. The general appearance rules shall be adhered to. General Rules: All Female Employees 1. Hair: Hair styles or color should not be in the extreme. Hair must be neat and well kept. Hair must be worn in a manner that will not block vision or cover name badge. 2. make-up: Female employees should use subtle make-up... not in the extreme. 3. Perfume: Perfume, if used, should be subtle and used in moderation. 4. Skirts and Slacks: Any skirts or slacks with belt loops must be worn with a belt. 5. Dark Glasses: Dark glasses, so that eyes can still be seen, may be worn when prescribed by a Doctor (does not apply to employees required to work in bright sunlight on a continuing basis.) Complimentary or natural colors are permissible. Patterned or embellished hosiery are not acceptable. 8. Skirts: Skirt length is permitted from two inches above the knee to the bottom of the calf. 9. Any blouse or dress of a sheer material must be worn with a slip or camisole. 10. Name badges: A Tropicana name badge is provided to be worn at hotel events before or following the performance of the show. Non-uniformed Female Employees: 1. 2. 3. Suits, well-tailored pant suits, tailored dresses, separates i.e., skirts, blazers, bloses, sweaters, vests, and other coordinated slacks and tops are permissible. Tight form fitting clothing such as danskins or leggins are not permitted. Jeans and harem-type pants are not acceptable. Slacks must be ankle length. Underwear type T-shirts with gaudy, unprofessional pictures and inscriptions, bare midriffs, halter tops and jogging suits are not permissible. Sundresses are permissible with a Jacket.
