This covenant is to be a burden upon and run with the land herein described which is burdened with this covenant. It shall be binding upon the Grantor as to any portion of said land so long only as the Grantor shall be the owner of said portion and thereafter shall be binding upon the Grantor's successors and assigns as to the lands acquired and held by them.11 NOTE: We have been presented with a conformed copy of the deed dated June 1, 1954 from Las Vegas Land and Water Company, a Nevada corporation to Las Vegas Valley Water District, and find this conformed copy of the deed in good form.
