I agree.J. L. TILLERY OIL PROPERTIES PHONES PL. 3-1631 - PL. 8-4653 P. O. BOX 865 LONGVIEW, TEXAS March 2, 1965 9th International Gin Rummy Tournament-1965 Industrial Arts Building, Suite 116 3135 Industrial Road Las Vegas, Nevada Attn: Mr. A1 Freeman, Director Dear Sir: I am in the unenviable position of having broken my arm in a fall on ice the 25th of February. At present, I am confined in the hospital with the arm in traction. However, I have been assured that I will be released in time to participate in the Tournament although my right arm will be in a cast. Since I will not be able to deal, I wish to know if I may still be allowed to participate. I have a card-holder which I feel certain will allow me to play without any inconvenience to any other participant. Please inform me at your earliest convenience if I may participate under the circumstances as outlined above. Yours truly
