« p * T PIONEER TITLE INSURANCE AND TRUST COMPANY 113 South fourth Street Las Vegas, Nevada c 0 May 19. 1953 Union Pacific Railroad Company A22 West Sixth Street Los Angeles lh, California Attention: Mr. Thomas Hammill Re: Las Vegas Land and Water Company Distribution System Gentlemen: In connection with our recent correspondence pertaining to the distribution lines of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company at Las Vegas, Nevada, we advise the following easements were reserved or excepted in conveyances by the Las Vegas Land and Water Company: 1, Deed from Las Vegas Land and Water Company, a corporation, to Ed W. Clark, A. E. Cahlan and A. C, Grant dated December 13, 19^1 and recorded December 31* 19^1 as Document No. 129398, Clark County, Nevada records, reserves an easement for the construction, operation, maintenance and repair of a water pipe line across said land, along the Northerly prolongation of the alley now existing between Main and 1st Streets in the City of Las Vegas, and, also, an easement for the construction, operation, maintenance and repair of a water pipe line across said land extending from said last mentioned pipe line Easterly toward the Southwest corner of the Stewart Burial Plat with the right to enter thereon for the purpose of constructing and thereafter maintaining both of said pipe lines. 2• Deed from Las Vegas Land and Water Company, a corporation, to Ed W. Clark, A. E. Cahlan and A. C. Grant, dated September 16, 19^3* and recorded October 28, 19^3* as Document No. 173118, Clark County, Nevada records, reserves an easement for the construction, operation, maintenance and repair of a water pipe line along a strip of land 20 feet in width, the center line of said strip of land being parallel with and distant 10 feet Easterly from the Westerly line of the parcel of land hereby conveyed.
