AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION IV OF ORDINANCE NO. 378 REFERRED TO AS SECTION 10, CHAPTER 24 OF THE LAS VEGAS CITY CODE, 1949, BY AMENDING THE LAND USE PLAN MAP ADOPTED BY THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, AND CHANGING THE ZONE DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN AREAS ON THE SAID MAP. The Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. The Land Use Plan Map adopted by Section IV of Ordinance no. 378, also referred to as Section 10, Chapter 24, Code of the City of Las Vegas, 1949, is hereby amended to read as follows: (A) From R-1 and R-3 to C-2 Lots 1, 3, 4 and 5, Block 8 Biltmore Annex No. 3, which is generally located at 5th Street and Wilson Avenue. (B) From R-1, R-2 and R-3 to R-4 Lots 4 and 5, Block 21; Lot 6, Block 21, excepting therefrom the northerly 50 feet; Lots 9 to 13 inclusive, Block l4, all in Bucks Addition. Lots 7 to 11 inclusive, Block 10; Lots 1 to 8 inclusive, Block 11; all of Block 2, excepting therefrom the northerly 150 feet; Blocks 3, 4, 5 and Block "B" all in Ladds Addition. Lots 6 to 15 inclusive, and 23 to 32, inclusive, Block 2; Lots 17 to 32 inclusive, Block 5; Lots 17 to 32 inclusive, Block 13; Lots 1 to 32 inclu­sive, Block 22; Lots 1 to 8 inclusive, Block 25; Lots 1 to 16 inclusive, Block 19; All of Blocks 1, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, l4, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21, all in Pioneer Heights. Lots 16 to 20 inclusive, Block 18; and Block "F", Wardie Addition. SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. The City Clerk and Clerk of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas shall cause this Ordinance to be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Las Vegas Review-Journal, a daily newspaper published in the City of Las Vegas. s/______C.
