I agree.12/11/62 FROM: Mr* Sntratter TO: All Departments SUBJECT: Tenth Anniversary Festivities The SandS will mark its tenth Anniversary this weekend ?╓¬ About 250 special Sands Guests, Celebrities, and Press are expected to attend the following schedule of activities: FRIDAY, December 14 12 Midnite r Supper and Dancing Party -Garden Room SATURDAY, December 15 5:30 PM - Cocktail Party - Emerald Room 7:30 PM ?╜ Danny Thomas Dinner Show ?╜ Cop a Room 12 Midnite - Supper and Dancing Gala - Garden Room Please note the following arrangements and details: 1* GUEST ARRIVALS: Invited guests will be pre*registered, met at plane with keys and Festivities Announcement Card. Heaviest arrivals will be between 6:30 PM and 10 PM. Designated Bell Desk personnel in black and gray uniforms will handle guest pickup and rooming, under Red Viens. 2. GUEST HOSTING? Hosting Personnel should be available from 6 HI Friday to help host the invited guests, and should headquarter themselves around the Lounge and Lobby. Guests will be made comfortable and be reminded of the Friday Midnite Supper Party in the Garden Room.
