/?╜/ 0V. ^3 Princess Night Out_ Everyone has that special vacation night out when they want to taste it all, see it all and casino to the max. Well for those of you who really want something that will combine the sense of taste, sight and sound, may I suggest a night out at the Princess! For starters there?╟╓s the intimate Crown Room Restaurant, the perfect place to wear that special dress or suit you brought along for such an occasion. It?╟╓s the place for a memorable, romantic dinner. The restaurant is decorated in ornate French fashion with some mirrored walls, crystal chandeliers and richly carpeted floors. The Crown Room is the closest you?╟╓ll come to four-star dining combining the am- bience and service one would experience at the Ritz. Classically presented, the cuisine is Continental with an emphasis on fish and seafood. One eye catcher is the Delicacy of the Sea on Ice, served for two which combines fresh jumbo shrimp, crab claws and lobster. The Seafood Linguini, a simple appetizer is taken to great heights, delicately seasoned in a light sauce. Entrees which I highly recommend are the Escalope of Veal Francaise dipped in Egg ahd Parmesan Cheese, sauteed in butter. The Crown Rack of Lamb is perfectly pre- pared and well garnished, carved tableside. The Scampi a lltalienne, combines Gulf Shrimp sauteed in garlic, herbs, sun-dried tomatoes and flamed in brandy, oh la la! The Crown Room Lobster is one of their special- ties and the Fillet of Island Grouper grilled or sauteed is most definitely a winner. A delicate finishing touch mightbe Crepes Suzette for two with an Espresso or Capuccino. After dining at the Crown Room, nothing punctuates the evening more than to capture a Las Vegas-style review only accented to the Bahamian rhythms; something only the Caribbean can offer you. Princess has Nightlife ?╟╓94 in the Casino Royale Room, a show that is sure to catapult you from the hustle and bustle of city life to the carefree, sensual party atmosphere that one experi- ences in the islands. Producer and Choreographer, Jerry Jackson, has been at the Princess since 1984 and there?╟╓s one thing he knows how to ac- complish "putting on a pulsating show sure to cure any inhibitions one might have from corporate America. Nightlife ?╟╓94 combines a cast of 18 mem- bers, 4 male dancers and 11 female dancers. The show also hosts Jay Mitchell, the prolific number one singer in all The Bahamas. His style is pop and versatile and most definitely compliments the tone of the show. He incor- porates many of his own tunes. One of the Junkanoo numbers which is the annual celebration of The Bahamas, is "Back to the Islands," currently number one on CSN Ra- dio out of Miami. Nightlife *94 also incorpo- rates Michael Cherric, an accomplished juggler who has fun interacting with the audience. Bravo again to Jerry Jackson who pro- duced the outlandish tropical costumes. Nightlife has a seating capacity of 300 and the illustrious gold curtain drape goes up and down six nights a week with the first show at 8:30 pm and the second at 10:45 pm. There?╟╓s also a dinner show package available incorporating the Garden Cafe. Charles La Roda, Director of Entertain- ment, has been at the Princess for 20 years and can answer any questions you might have to make your evening a memorable one. The regular price of the show is $25 including 2 drinks and gratuity but take advantage of your Walking Tour Coupon Book which offers $10 off the regular price. All in all it?╟╓s a fun show and well worth the time to experience. After the show there?╟╓s only one thing left to do and that's try your luck at the grand Princess Casino. By this time in the evening the 20,000 sq. ft. casino is bustling with action. You name it, blackjack, craps, roulette, mini-baccara t- they?╟╓re all available at your fingertips. Hun- dreds of state-of-the-art slot machines, as well as link-progressive slots, with jackpots of up to half-a-million dollars (the biggest progressive slots jackpot in the Caribbean) provide a playground for winners the world over. Regardless of what you choose to do, the Princess can satisfy any one of your senses or all of them. One thing is for sure, you didn't come here to stay locked up in your room. Enjoy a Princess Night Out ?√ß I i 1 30 JakF.R AWWa yr?
