Registered Paris,September 23, 1957 Thunderbird Hotel - GASIN0 Gabriel ROTHSTEIN ; LAS .VBGAS, (Nevada) (U.S.A.) Ingfinieur E.S.E. - licence ^-Sciences ^ - - .. d - _ . | 13, Rue de Poissy, 13 Dear Gentlemen, par is - 5?½ Having created a Group of 6 new cases (compartments) or , zones (3 pairs of 2 cases) for roulette layouts (carpets), according to registered drawings patterns (legal registe- ring) : t French registering - International Registering which Group may be adjoint.or added to any roulette layout, and so, it could allow to exploit, to work a novel and supplementary chance, conceived by me, I remain at your disposal, on conditions to agre^, in order to advise, to guide you, technically and practically, during a*visit in your Casino. This complementary Group of 6 cases constitutes an absolutely sensation and ultra-pleasant novelty. The new and supplementary chance : -will be of unheard attraction power on the gamblers, who will be attract enticed by this chance, in great number around the roulette tables, #he layouts of which will be equiped with this Group of 6 cases -will procure a supplementary gross gain, interesting and continuous,to the Bank, which gain will be as more appreciable as the putting into exploi- tation is of childish simplicity, and doesn't involve any lost of time. What is remarkable in this chance, it is that nothing is changed with ihe roulette cylinder, which remains unchanged* This Group of 6 cases is drawn on a free part of the roulette layout (please, read page 1 of the hereannexed Report, the area, the place' of the layout where could be put, printed, this Group); this allows to add thus, to several existing chances, which remain unchanged, a quite new chance. This new chance is corresponding to a 2-degrees play, that is to say requiring, in order to win, 2 successive favourable throws (shots) of the roulette's ball. The 3 pairs of cases allow to the players the possibility to stake on one, or on two, or on three different places (regions), this at their willing These 3 pairs of cases offer to the players 3 combinations or possibilities, which are different_one another: when anyone of these combinations is going out, that appears very rarely in fact, the 2 other combinations are automati- cally losting. The combination which goes out, touches (see, please, here- annexed Report), as a rule, 1.000 times the stake. This new chance will be of easy exploitation, without weariness and without loss of time, because the Bank picks,-up> shovels up, here, almost always the stakes, and is rarely paying: the'players are,in effect, extremely rarely winning, but when the players are winning, their winning is very considerable (as a rule, the winning attains 1.000 times the"*stake). Therefore, the players will prefer go to the Casinos, whose tables of roulette will offer, will show, will include this new chance with frig payment, thus sensational, rather to other Casinos which don't present that chance. She Casinos which, by a few publicity, advertisement, will inform the Publie that their tables of roulette are equiped with this new chance, with big payment, will so profit of a considerable flow, crowd of players, increa- sing consequently the number of their customers. In other hand, the said gamblers will stake also, evidently, at the timii, on other existing chances. / same
