At 7:23 p.m. on March 26, 1974, at the Student Union, a special meeting of the Constitutional Amendment Committee took place. IX. Present at the meeting weres Pandora Mash Lynn Shoen, Doug Jeffries John Tofano III. The meeting was called to order by John Tofano acting as temporary chairman. IV. First on the agenda was the election of a permanent chairman, domination were open. John Tofano nominated Pandora Nash. Seconded by Lynn Shoen. There were no further nominations, so nominations were closed. Pandora Nash was elected by acclamation. V. Next on the agenda was the election of a secretary. Nominations were open. Pandora Nash nominated John Tofano. Seconded by Doug Jeffries. There were no further 'nominations, so nominations were closed. John Tofano was elected by acclamation. VI. Motion by Doug Jeffries to bring the Cultural Arts Commission amendment on the floor. Seconded by Lynn Shoen.
