It may be that officials at Skyhaven Airport will man the Information Desk there--which would eliminate the AIRPORTS COMMITTEE from having to staff and operate that desk. The Information Desk at McCarran Field should be manned from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and longer if incoming and outgoing flights demand it. A mobile trailer will be positioned at the base of the control tower at McCarran Field for use by a representative of the Transportation Committee in connection with transportation of VIPs to and from McCarran Field. The Chairman of the AIRPORTS COMMITTEE should use this trailer as his base of operation and should instruct his committeemen that that is where he can be reached during the World Congress.
