Th will free sheriff's deputies usuallv used for this the night off Ray Andrews' orchestra will be available for rehearsal at 3 PM on Friday at the auditorium for any acts requiring rehearsal.,,,,but please contact us about this in advance, just in case it isn't required to bring in Ray for this extra work. Stage lighting will be set up in advance by Lee Hayes, IATSE, from the Sahara, and Joe Mall, IATSE, from the Sands requirements for your stars should be sent to me in advance so we can prepare proper presentation for your people. About 3000 people will be watching this show, all local friends who are interested in this new CathSlic High School. 5.
