Kitchen, former occupant of room 56, paid the $8.00 due on November 27, 1953* Mr* Westmoreland, former occupant of room 3 3 , was Injured on duty with the OPHR Company and has filed a claim against the railroad company. Mr. H. H. Snodgrass, Claim Agent for the Union Pacific Railroad Company was asked in our letter dated August 19, 1953, to protect the $4.33 due this Company at the time the Railroad Company made a settlement with Mr* Westmoreland* For your further Information, we have In our accounts $1.50 whloh covers refund due Mr. Westmoreland for return of the room key.
