I agree.iiiiimimmmi In addition to this vast Times coverage, special over-printing will allow "THE LAS VEGAS STORY?ǥ to be pre-printed in thousands of copies for mailing to various sources as an additional public relations and selling job for the city itself and its privately owned business in- terests. This presentation of ?ǥTHE LAS VEGAS STORY?ǥ should prove to extreme value as an adjunct to all information services, sales campaigns and public relations promotions now in effect. In making these manifold uses of a single publication and a single press run..."THE LAS VEGAS STORY" could undoubtedly further many im- portant locality and business aims with great effectiveness and econ- omy. The Las Vegas rotogravure supplement will be of the same dimensions and printed on the same weight paper as that outstanding Sunday Times feature, "Home Magazine." Editorial and pictorial content of the supplement will be prepared and assembled by Los Angeles Times personnel under the supervision of Las Vegas interests connected with the project. The supplement will be a minimum sixteen (16) page rotogravure section comprised of six (6) pages of full color and ten (10) pages of monotone. These will be 850-line pages, printed on thirty-four pound (3A#) paper. Cost of the supplement will be 137,557.59. These monies can be obtained by: (A) Los Angeles representatives selling participation to individual advertisers in the amount of the necessary sum or by: (B) Presenting "THE LAS VEGAS STORY" in one hundred per cent editorial form, with the entire cost underwritten by supporting Las Vegas interests, and with no individual advertisements appearing in the supplement.
