On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President J.W.Godfrey in executing C.L.D. No. 13509-1, termination rider dated August 4, 1967 to agreement Audit No. 96225, industry track agreement at Vernon, Los Angeles County, California, between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and its Lessee, Union Pacific Rail­road Company, and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Owner, and Western Auto Supply Company, Lessee of Owner, termination effective August 11, 1967; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T. E. Hammill in executing lease agreement C.L.D. No. 15946, dated January 15, 1968 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Chino Basin Municipal Water District, a municipal corporation of the State of California, covering lease of land, for construction area during construction of pipeline in adjoining street, Mira Loma area, San Bernardino County, California for a term beginning on the 15th day of January 1968; extending to and including June 15, 1968, consideration for use of premises will be $25.00 fot* the term; terminable on thirty (30) days notice by either party, be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. -2-
