Bear sir- / / I wish to again refer to your letter of Mroh. 2 to the Bureau in which you advised that the executives of the Union Pacif io system had * granted an appropriation of about $1800 to cover fcfetallation of an o il-recovery plant at Las ?egas, Rev., and our replyjra March 10 thereto. Ihe Bureau was greatly gratified t l learn o f tin action that had been taken by the executives and is particularly interested at this time to learn the nature of the measures tam n to prevent a il and o il waste from accumulating at the roundhouse sump, am we have received numerous inquiries as to proper methods to be pursued to handle similar situations.
