Mr, Wm, Reinhardt - Los Angeles Attached find one copy of application from Twin Lakes Village, Incorporated, dated April 30, 195^-# for extension of water mains under Rule 9, to serve Unit 3, Twin Lakes Village, Las Vegas, Nevada. Also attached please find one copy of water main layout for Twin Lakes Village, Unit No. 3# and one copy of overall plan for Twin Lakes Village, Units 3 and k* This application Is made on the basis of construction by Twin Lakes Village, Inc., at their own expense and I am now advised that they are proceeding to install the water mains in Unit No. 3# as indicated on attached map. In view of the bases under which they propose to construct water mains for Units indicated above and which will not involve any expenditures to the Water Company, it Is my thought that you will approve my processing the application and submitting it to the Water District. If you approve, please request Mr. Adamson to prepare six Work Order Prints for my use in securing the District's approval and also eleven Agreement Prints to accompany Rule 9 Contract which I will request Mr. Cory to prepare for this project.
