FREEMAN COMPANY pubf/c/sts PLANNING Cost to public - 30 cents (pretty standard price for special health and diet, etc. breads) # Thus, profit to Snowflake is 6 cents ?╟÷ with 3 cents of this to Foundation. 4. At the beginning, we will set it up so that no administration costs will be deducted from the income from the sale of bread. If later, expenses of promotion dictate it, special agreements will be made with the Foundation and the Sisters of St. Dominic to allow for deduction of promotional money from checks sent to the Foundation. 5. Checks sent in to the Foundation will be endorsed by proper officers over to the Sisters of St. Dominic. 6. I will legally sign the name of "Angelbread" over to the Sisters of St. Dominic, and they will legally turn the recipe for the bread over tothe Foundation. Thus, the Sisters are protected in case the US Government should declare an emergency and take over the Rose de Lima Hospital, which was built by the Government. 7. Monsignor Ryan plans to put on a drive for a $3,000,000 hospital in Clark County next year, and has promised me verbally he would ask the Sisters of St. Dominic to run it, if and when it is constructed. LOOKING AHEAD, WE CAN THEN TRANSFER THE INCOME FROM THE SALE OF "ANGELBREAD?╟Ñ OVER TO THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF THE NEW HOSPITAL BECAUSE IT WILL BE RUN BY THE SAME SISTERS WHO RUN ROSE DE LIMA. I recommend that on the "Angelbread Foundation" letterhead which we will of necessity have to make up, that we use the address of the Sands. I believe it will result in goodwill both locally and nationally, as well as possible publicity. As to expense and cost to Sands ---- it will involve postage and phone bills which cannot be estimated now until the bread starts rolling. Meanwhile, Vegas is set up for distribution, with Market Town's 2 big markets going all out ?╟÷ Chicago looks pretty well set ?╟÷ am pretty sure of Philadelphia.
